Pratikchhya Sukla, a participant from Colorado, won the Miss Nepal-2021 crown amid the Miss Nepal US 2021, the 10th Aniversary celebration event held at Queens Theater, New York on September 25, 2021.
Kala Neupane and Alisha Limbu ended up first and second Runner respectively.
In addition, the three winners were received Dollars 1,500, $1000, and $500 respectively as prizes for winning the title. The prize got sponsored by Budda Tax and accounting, New York.
The auditions of Miss Nepal were held from September 1st through Sept 25 in New York.
Along with the most coveted crown of Miss Nepal US, this year’s winners also won the other titles such as Beauty Without Limits, Miss Academic Excellence along with other subtitles such as Miss Talent, Miss Influencer, Miss Photogenic, Miss Runway, and Miss Congeniality.
Along with the grand performance of talented Top 10 national finalists representing different states, a Well known singer Anju Pant, The Voice of Nepal 2021 Winner Kiran Gajmer, Singer Bikki Gurung, and Nepali American Artists Association various artists were performed live at the grand finale of the 10th Anniversary Celebration Miss Nepal US 2021 that held on September 25, 2021 at the Queens Theater, New York, USA.
The event host was the renowned media personality Sanjay Silwal Gupta.
Under the leading mentorship of former Miss Nepal Malvika Subba, the virtual training and grooming sessions of the top 1o national finalist had happened to start from September 11, 2021. Miss Universe Nepal 2007 Nagma Shrestha were working as an official choreographer and Miss Universe Nepal US 2020 Anshika Sharma also associated as Grooming Coach.
Since the beginning, Miss Nepal US 2011 Sujita Basnet, Smrti Giri, Raj Kumar Bista, Prem Gurung, Om Gurung, Nilima Basnet, Avenues Khabar ( Television ) Journalists Sunita Sharma Koirala have also contributed their efforts to make this event grand success.
Founded by well-known Nepalese American community organizer and social entrepreneur, Mr. Amit Pratap Shah, made the history of Miss Nepal the US which began in 2011 in the City of New York where Miss Sujita Basnet had Crowned the forever Miss Nepal US 2011.
It has recently been recognized by U. S. Government Trademark and Patent Office as a registered trademark. Miss Nepal US® (मिस नेपाल अमेरिका) program has become a strong platform for Nepalese Americans youth networking, empowerment & to celebrate their rich diverse Nepalese American cultural heritage while embracing their beauty with pride and dignity in the United States of America.
So far, an $80,000 (eighty thousand dollars) scholarship has been also awarded to young Nepalese American ladies to support their education/charity work through the Miss Nepal US event. This unique program is a year-round opportunity for women to earn scholarships, grow their networks, learn valuable life and career skills, and make a difference in their communities.
